How do I Access my Documents

To access the single user license documents you've ordered, click the gear icon in the upper right hand corner (Make sure you are logged in):

This will take you to your library. Your library will have all of the documents ordered through your account. You will not be able to see documents ordered by other accounts, even if you work for the same company. 

Once in your library, you should see your documents with the following icons:

The eyeball icon allows you view the searchable digital version of your standard through the browser, and printer lets you print your document. Prints are limited, so make sure you follow the printing instructions carefully to avoid wasting prints. 

Clicking on the printer will prompt you with an agreement. In short, you are agreeing to not reproduce or distribute your single user licensed products, but read through the agreement carefully for the full details. 

After you accept the condition, your document will open up in a separate window. There should be three dots on the top right hand corner.

Clicking the icon should produce a drop down with the "Print this file" option

A new screen will pop out that allows you to choose a printer and adjust the print settings if needed. Press print when everything is set. PLEASE NOTE that pressing "Control + P" will result in a blank screen.
